The request came after the U.S. Supreme Court asked for advice from the Solicitor General’s office about whether or not 130 cases, including the New Jersey case, warranted review by the nation’s highest court.

Flynn has received more than $500,000 for lobbying for Turkish individuals linked to the Erdoğan regime and failed to disclose these payments, as is required by law.
