Washington, D.C. — Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today demanded immediate action from Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) after a New York Times investigation documented unsafe food handling, sanitation failures, and other troubling conditions inside the Delaney Hall ICE detention facility in Newark.

WASHINGTON – After months of negotiation, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) celebrated House passage of bipartisan legislation he co-authored to protect kids and teens online and rein in Big Tech. 

 

Pallone negotiated the bipartisan agreement on the Kids Internet and Digital Safety (KIDS) Act with his fellow Energy and Commerce Committee leader, Congressman Brett Guthrie (R-KY).
