Washington, DC – Senator Frank Lautenberg, Senator Robert Menendez and Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr., (NJ-06) Thursday announced the Senate Appropriations Committee approved funding for projects to repair beach erosion and prevent flood damage in central New Jersey. The Army Corps of Engineers will use the funding to further advance these projects.

The “Consolidated Land, Energy, and Aquatic Resources Act,” was approved by a vote of 27-21.
