Last week, the SANDy Act passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 389-2 and was introduced in the Senate.

Earlier this week the SANDy Act passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 389-2.
Long Branch, NJ – Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) announced that the United States Postal Service will resume mail carrier operations at the Oceanport Post Office on June 1, 2016. The Oceanport Post Office was temporarily closed after a fire in July of 2015. The Oceanport Post Office reopened in late January of this year, but mail carriers continued to report out of the Monmouth Beach Post Office.

At the meeting Wright stated that FEMA would have the unprocessed claims finished by the end of the summer.
