WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06), Senior Democrat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, announced that the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Center in Asbury Park was awarded a $350,000 grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration, an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services. The funding will be used to increase the Center’s patient capacity and to provide additional comprehensive primary and preventive health services to medically underserved populations.
