Washington, DC- Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) announced that he will be introducing the "3-D Firearms Prohibition Act", which will outlaw the production of 3-D Firearms. The Brady Campaign has called 3-D printed firearms "untraceable" and there are currently countless online blueprints for 3-D guns.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, Congresswoman Jacky Rosen (NV-03) introduced a resolution that would authorize the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. House of Representatives to intervene in a pending federal lawsuit on behalf of the House to defend the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act's coverage protections for people with pre-existing conditions. Congressman Frank Pallone (NJ-06), the Ranking Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees healthcare, cosponsored the bill.

WASHINGTON, DC — Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) announced that the Middlesex County Utilities Authority will receive more than $1 million in federal funding to provide bypass pumping for the Sayreville sewage treatment plant damaged as a result of Sandy. The funding is being provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) via the Sandy aid package Pallone fought for in Congress.
