"Today the Supreme Court rightfully rejected the latest attempt by Republicans to eliminate the Affordable Care Act. Thanks to today's decision, the ACA remains the law of the land, providing high-quality health care and patient protections to millions of Americans despite years of partisan efforts by Republicans to repeal the law and overturn it in the courts.

Long Branch, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today announced that New Jersey Community Capital in New Brunswick will receive $1,826,265 to respond to economic challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in underserved communities. The funding will be made through the Department of Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Rapid Response Program (CDFI RRP).

Washington, DC – Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) along with Gus Bilirakis (FL-12), Jackie Speier (CA-14), David Valadao (CA-21), and Adam Schiff (CA-28) sent a letter to President Biden requesting that he use his upcoming meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to address his regime's direct military and economic support of Azerbaijani aggressions against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Armenia. President Biden is scheduled to meet with President Erdogan on June 14 during the NATO summit in Brussels.

Long Branch, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today announced that New Jersey's fishing industry will receive $9.5 million from the omnibus and coronavirus relief bill Congress passed and was signed into law last December. The bill included an additional $300 million for the fishing industry in the United States to support businesses with losses incurred in the second half of 2020.

Asbury Park, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) announced today that COVID-19 vaccinations will be available to New Jersey residents and tourists who visit Monmouth County beaches over Memorial Day weekend. The Shot at the Shore program will administer COVID-19 vaccines at three locations along the Jersey Shore over the holiday weekend: Gateway National Recreational Area at Sandy Hook, the gazebo at Pier Village in Long Branch, and in Asbury Park at the arcade on the boardwalk.
