Thanks to today's decision, the ACA remains the law of the land, providing high-quality health care and patient protections to millions of Americans despite years of partisan efforts by Republicans to repeal the law and overturn it in the courts.

The Shot at the Shore program will administer COVID-19 vaccines at three locations along the Jersey Shore over the holiday weekend: Gateway National Recreational Area at Sandy Hook, the gazebo at Pier Village in Long Branch, and in Asbury Park at the arcade on the boardwalk.
