Bipartisan Energy and Commerce Committee leaders wrote to the CEO of Ticketmaster's parent company Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. today raising concerns about potentially unfair or deceptive practices in the live ticketing industry and the chaotic ticket pre-sale for Taylor Swift's upcoming concert tour. The Committee leaders requested a staff briefing from the company on the key areas of concern.

Washington, DC – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today announced that South Amboy will receive $2,869,668 to bolster coastal resilience and protect wildlife habitats. The funding is distributed through the 2022 National Coastal Resilience Fund (NCRF), which is administered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF). This year's awards included funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Washington, DC – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) and Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) today urged the Biden Administration to quickly implement investments in living shoreline projects from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act. In a letter to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Administrator Richard W. Spinrad, Pallone and Murphy called on the agency to use the funding allocated in the laws to directly support projects that will protect and restore coastal and marine habitats.

Long Branch, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today vowed to keep fighting for families devastated by Superstorm Sandy ten years ago. Pallone joined Governor Murphy for a tour of the Port Monmouth flood control project today in Monmouth County. Pallone secured $110 million in a federal spending bill for the project after Superstorm Sandy.

New Brunswick, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) announced new federal funding to support public safety and strengthen law enforcement in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. Perth Amboy will receive $1.25 million to hire 10 new police officers. New Brunswick will receive $250,000 to hire two police officers. The funding comes from the Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) COPS Hiring Program.
