FEMA Funding Awarded to Middlesex County, Monmouth County, and Woodbridge
Long Branch, NJ – Today, Congressman Frank Pallone (NJ-06) announced more than $8 million federal grants for repairs and reimbursements for emergency measures performed due to Superstorm Sandy.
Newark, NJ - Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr., (NJ-06) was recognized today by National Family Voices and Statewide Parent Advocacy Network (SPAN) for his strong and ongoing support of the network of Family to Family Health Information Centers (F2F HIC), family-led organizations that provide information, training, and support to families of children with special healthcare needs, across the country.
Long Branch, NJ – Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr., (NJ-06) celebrated the opening of Sandy Hook for the first time since Superstorm Sandy at a ceremony held by the National Park Service.
“Sandy Hook suffered extensive damage and was one of the hardest hit locations on the shore, but its reopening today shows that the people of New Jersey are resilient and determined,” said Congressman Pallone.
Congressman to be Honored for Work Supporting Family to Family Health Centers
On Wednesday, May 1, 2013 Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr., (NJ-06) will celebrate the opening of Sandy Hook for the first time since Superstorm Sandy at a ceremony held by the National Park Service at 10:00 a.m.
After the storm, Congressman Pallone worked with the National Park Service to ensure that Sandy Hook was able to reopen as soon as possible. Pallone toured Sandy Hook last month to view the damage and progress, and he has helped secure over $37 million in federal funding for the park’s recovery.
