Washington, D.C - With authority granted through the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today will begin exercising greater oversight over electronic cigarettes and cigar sales to young adults. Jarvis urging the NPS to withdraw its proposal to increase Sandy Hook’s camping and parking fees starting next year. In the letter Pallone called on NPS to hold a public hearing on the fee increases and provide information on the fee differences between Sandy Hook and other parks.
