Long Branch, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) and Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) today sent a bipartisan letter to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requesting a survey of all coastal sites that may have been damaged by Winter Storm Orlena. The powerful nor'easter slammed the New Jersey coast on February 1, causing extensive beach erosion up and down the Jersey Shore. The letter was also signed by Congressman Bill Pascrell (NJ-09), Congressman Albio Sires (NJ-08), Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr.

Washington, DC – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today announced the relaunch of the bipartisan Recycling Caucus in the U.S. House of Representatives for the 117th Congress. Pallone will serve as a Co-Chair of the Caucus with Representatives David P. Joyce (OH-14), Haley Stevens (MI-11), and Rodney Davis (IL-13). The Caucus educates House Members on the environmental and economic benefits of recycling and seeks to increase the visibility of the recycling industry in the United States.

"President Biden's announcement today is great news for the equitable distribution of vaccines in the coming weeks and months. I spoke to President Biden about the need to allocate vaccine doses from the federal government directly to Community Health Centers when I met with him and other House leaders on Friday. I also mentioned the need to provide resources to fully support the Centers.

New Jersey received $11 million in federal funding from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act that Congress passed and was signed into law last March. The funding was allocated to aid commercial fishing businesses, charter and for-hire fishing businesses, aquaculture operations, processors, and other fishery-related businesses in New Jersey.
