Long Branch, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) joined Carteret Mayor Daniel J. Reiman to announce today that Carteret will receive $6 million from the Department of Transportation (DOT) to build a passenger ferry terminal. The terminal is part of Carteret's efforts to run a ferry from central New Jersey to downtown Manhattan.
