Washington, D.C. --- U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) introduced legislation over the weekend that would authorize the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to implement a nationwide uniform tracking system and outline appropriate handling, disposal and treatment of medical waste.

Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ), founder of the Congressional Caucus on India and Indian Americans, today supported passage of the United States-India Nuclear Cooperation Approval and Nonproliferation Enhancement Act. Washington, D.C. --- U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) tonight lauded House passage of an economic recovery package that includes Medicaid assistance to states. The recovery package will boost the economy, create much-needed jobs, and help provide additional relief to families who are struggling during this economic downturn. It passed tonight by a vote of 264 to 158.
