EDISON, NJ— Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) visited the Eos Energy Storage facility in Edison, NJ to support an “all-of-the-above” approach to American energy production to protect consumers from rising gas prices at the pump. Gas prices have reached an average $3.58 a gallon in New Jersey, an $0.08 rise from last week.

Washington, DC— Representatives Rosa DeLauro (CT-3), Ranking Member on the Labor, Health, and Human Services Appropriations Subcommittee, and Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-6) called on FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg to set standards for the maximum allowable levels of dangerous heavy metals, including arsenic, in foods and beverages.

Washington DC - Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) on Thursday sent a letter to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa Jackson to inquire why certain toxic sites in New Jersey were not included in EPA’s Superfund program. The Superfund program is responsible for cleaning up the nation’s uncontrolled hazardous waste sites.

WASHINGTON—One day after the Obama Administration released a budget plan that eliminates funding for the fisheries lab at Sandy Hook, U.S. Senators Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ) and Robert Menendez (D-NJ), and U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ), today called on the President to reconsider his decision to close the lab.
