The Supporting Equity for Aquaculture and Seafood (SEAS) Act reforms federal agricultural policy to ensure these industries receive equal treatment within the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Neal (D-MA), and Education and the Workforce Committee Ranking Member Robert C. “Bobby” Scott (D-VA).

Pallone secured $26 million for maintenance dredging of the rivers in a federal spending bill for Fiscal Year 2023 that President Biden signed into law late last year.

Washington, DC – Long Branch officials attended the presentation ceremony led by First Lady Dr. Jill Biden at the White House today for the Long Branch Free Public Library. The library was one of just four nationwide to receive the 2023 National Medal for Museum and Library Service from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The National Medal is the nation’s highest honor given to museums and libraries that demonstrate excellence in service to their communities.

Washington, D.C. – Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) today will join Vice President Kamala Harris and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Michael S. Regan to announce the launch of two competitive grant programs made possible by the recently-enacted Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, enacted last year as part of the Inflation Reduction Act, will invest a total of $27 billion to deploy clean energy and technology projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

They are especially harmful to Native students and children, causing lower self-esteem and other psychological issues documented in scientific studies. These depictions and imagery also impact non-Native people by reinforcing negative stereotypes and misperceptions,” Pallone said.

Sandy Hook, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony today formally transferring ownership of the James J. Howard Marine Sciences Laboratory at Sandy Hook to the federal government. This National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) federal lab had been operating under a lease agreement with the state. The transfer required an act of Congress that Pallone spearheaded and was officially implemented this year.

This legislation would reauthorize the program for five years – providing greater stability for homeowners, small business owners, and the real estate market.
