Washington, D.C. – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr., who has led the fight to ban all new offshore drilling, welcomed the policy reversal announced by the Obama Administration on Wednesday in extending the ban on new offshore drilling in the eastern Gulf of Mexico and off the Atlantic and Pacific coasts.

Washington, D.C. - Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. Tuesday voted in favor of the Cobell settlement, which the House approved by a vote of 256-182. Final approval by the president will award $1.4 billion in compensation for claims against the federal government for historical accounting irregularities over Native American land.

Washington, D.C. – In response to several requests, Congressman Frank Pallone (NJ-06) Monday announced that EPA will relocate the fence that surrounds the Raritan Bay Slag site. The Old Bridge mayor and area residents requested the placement of the fence line that included the Laurence Harbor Waterfront Park area be revaluated because it blocks access to the beach in Old Bridge.

New Brunswick, N.J. – Rep. Frank Pallone Jr. (D-NJ-06) and New Brunswick Mayor Jim Cahill today joined at City Hall to announce the police department was awarded $1,588,664 for seven officers. The funding, which was awarded through the U.S.
