Congressman Pallone has supported efforts to allow offshore wind development to supply clean energy to New Jersey. He also strongly supports the United States remaining in the Paris Agreement as a crucial means of combatting climate change.
As Ranking Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, he introduced the LIFT America Act which would make comprehensive investments in New Jersey and the nation's infrastructure. The bill would authorize billions of dollars to update our electric grid.

The Clean Ocean and Safe Tourism (COAST) Anti-Drilling Act prohibits the U.S. Department of Interior from issuing leases for the exploration, development, or production of oil or gas along the Atlantic Coast, including the North, Mid-, and South Atlantic and Straits of Florida planning areas.
