Pallone Hosts Virtual Grant Workshop for Local Non-Profits and First Responders

December 7, 2020

Long Branch, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today hosted a virtual grants workshop to help local non-profits and first responders apply for federal grants. The workshop addressed ways to find grants, what to include in grant applications, and provided an overview of the resources available to help non-profits and firefighters serve their communities.

"It's important now more than ever to make sure non-profits and first responders have the resources they need to continue their critical work during the coronavirus pandemic. In Congress, I'm working to make sure we continually provide federal agencies with funds these organizations can use to serve our communities," Pallone said. "My office is ready to assist local organizations find and apply for federal grants and I encourage anyone with questions about the grant application process to call my office directly."

Information about applying for federal grants is available here. Organizations can also contact Congressman Pallone's office for assistance.
